What Are CoachJOe Programs?

Our programs are online lesson plans made to help you achieve specific aquatic goals with a basic easy-to-follow and thorough curriculum consisting of workouts, tips & tricks, nutrition suggestions, and more!

You can also sign-up for in-person lesson programs that span from 1-8 weeks long that are more goal-oriented than general swimming lessons.

Lifeguard Prep Course
(For ages 15+ years old)
​
Interested in being a lifeguard but not too confident in your swimming abilities? Let us help! This course is intended for intermediate swimmers with a grasp on the fundamentals of swimming.
​
Program Duration: 1-2 Weeks (+ exercises and training tips for developing swimming skills further)
Basic Water Safety for Children
(For ages 5-10 years old)
​
A one-week program for young kids of any skill level in which they will learn basic swimming skills and water safety habits to put any parent at ease. The lessons in this course are currated so that any parent can easily take what they read and teach it to their children at their own pace.

Program Duration: 1 Week
Open-Water Swimming Course
(Suggested for swimmers 15+ years old)

Do you prefer swimming in large bodies of water instead of a pool? This intermediate-to-advanced course provides a loose training regiment, comprising of swimming & weights workouts, focused on building endurance over speed for those 10 mile swims out in the big blue ocean.

Program Duration: 5-6 Weeks (+ exercises and training tips for developing swimming skills further)
